Over the past two years, Binhao Transmission has stepped up its efforts in technological transformation, successively purchasing more than 100 sets of advanced production equipment in the industry such as high-precision CNC machining centers, lathes and planing machines, and built an automated production line with an annual output of 500,000 sets of couplings; Implementing internationally recognized standards. Testing equipment such as wheel balancing machines and 3D coordinate measuring instruments are used to build professional test benches to collect various product indicators such as strength, noise and balance, so as to improve the production process and improve the accuracy of products to 0.1 microns, which is only a normal human hair.

”An order from a Russian company has just been placed, and another one has arrived from Kazakhstan. Now we have a long line of companies placing orders,” Liu Jianxing explained, holding a star coupling that had just come off. Production Line The company makes full use of the advantages of the equipment, sets up a technology research and development center, and cooperates with famous domestic universities and colleges to start to engage in the basic production processes, and constantly develop and launch new market products. Up to now, Binhao Transmission has obtained a total of 25 patents and has more than 20 series and more than 200 varieties of new products such as ML plum couplings, NL tooth couplings, etc., with partners in the United States, Germany, Russia, Southeast Asia, etc. More than 10 countries and regions.
”I just came back from the Hannover Fair in Germany last month, one of the largest international exhibitions in the global industrial field. Not only did I bring back an order for 300,000 sets of couplings, but I also saw a lot of the latest equipment and technology.” Li Xianfeng said that new technologies are developing rapidly, and whether companies want to stay ahead or catch up, they must continue to increase their efforts in technological innovation.
